Axessed is provided by Netronova AB, a company registered in Sweden with organization number 559571-3008 ("Axessed", "we", "us"). By using Axessed ("the Service"), you ("you", "the user") enter into a binding agreement with Netronova AB.
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Axessed is a personal memory and knowledge tool that lets you capture, store, and query your own notes, files, voice memos, and documents using AI. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have authority to bind your organization) to use it.
You must not, and must not permit anyone to:
Axessed uses third-party AI models to extract, summarize, and answer questions about your content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. We may filter, refuse, or moderate outputs that violate our acceptable-use rules.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You retain all ownership of the content you upload. You grant Netronova AB a limited, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (including AI extraction and search).
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Netronova AB and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer it.
Axessed Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing cycles, taxes, currency conversion, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We work hard to keep Axessed running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable-use rules. On termination, your access ends and your content may be deleted after a reasonable export window.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify Netronova AB for claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
