We want you to love Axessed Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Payments for Axessed are processed by Stripe. To request a refund:

• Reply to the receipt email you received after your purchase, or
• Contact Netronova AB with the email used at checkout and we will process your refund.

After a refund

Your Pro subscription will be canceled and you will be moved back to the Free plan. Your captured memories remain in your account up to the Free plan limits; anything exceeding the limits becomes read-only until you upgrade again or export it.

Axessed is operated by Netronova AB (org. nr 559571-3008), Sweden. Payments are processed by Stripe, which also handles tax collection and transaction support for eligible purchases.
