Refund Policy

We want you to love Axessed Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Axessed orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
  • Contact Netronova AB and we will help process your refund through Paddle.

After a refund

Your Pro subscription will be canceled and you will be moved back to the Free plan. Your captured memories remain in your account up to the Free plan limits; anything exceeding the limits becomes read-only until you upgrade again or export it.

Axessed is operated by Netronova AB (org. nr 559571-3008), Sweden. Paddle.com Market Limited handles all transactions, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
