Netronova AB, a Swedish company with organization number 559571-3008 ("we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data processed through Axessed.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, login credentials, authentication metadata.
- Profile data — preferences, settings, optional life context you share.
- Content data — notes, files, voice recordings, documents, and other memories you upload.
- Usage & telemetry — feature interactions, performance metrics, error logs, device & browser info, IP address.
- Support data — messages and attachments you send us.
- Billing data — collected and processed by Paddle (see section 6); we receive subscription status only.
3. Purposes & legal basis
- Providing the Service, including AI extraction, search, and storage — contract performance.
- Account creation, authentication, and customer support — contract performance.
- Security, abuse detection, and fraud prevention — legitimate interest.
- Product improvement, analytics, and debugging — legitimate interest.
- Service-related communications — contract performance.
- Marketing communications — your consent (you can withdraw at any time).
- Legal and tax compliance — legal obligation.
4. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, strict access controls, and regular review of our security practices.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
6. Recipients
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Cloud & infrastructure providers — for hosting, database, storage, and serverless compute.
- AI processors — model providers that process your content to generate summaries, extractions, and answers.
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, subscription billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. Paddle is an independent controller for the data it collects at checkout.
- Analytics & error monitoring — service providers that help us understand usage and diagnose issues.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and tax advisers.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
7. International transfers
Some recipients are located outside the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
We respond to verified rights requests within one month.
